The quality and finish are excellent. I was also able to request fabric samples beforehand, which made choosing much easier. Customer service were quick to reply whenever I had a question.
Such a lovely chair. It looks great, feels comfortable and seems very good value for money. The delivery team were helpful, and the person arranging the delivery was friendly as well. Very pleased overall.

I wasn’t completely sure which chair would suit our home, but the Hiksnra team were very helpful. They gave me useful advice and helped me choose something that worked well for the space.
The quality and fabric are much better than the chair I bought elsewhere last year. I honestly wish I’d bought both from here. They kept me updated during production and were always polite and efficient.
A very easy company to deal with. They answered all my questions, explained the fabric options clearly and were patient throughout. My chair has arrived now and I’m extremely happy with it.

Communication with the seller was easy and the custom service worked well. Delivery went smoothly too. Most importantly, I’m very happy with the quality and would order again.
I absolutely love my new chair. It’s comfortable, looks great and the quality feels much better than I expected. I’d choose this over something from a department store any day.
Any questions I had were answered properly, and the whole process felt simple from beginning to end. Joe was helpful throughout and made me feel comfortable with the order.
