Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 16 reviews.
The sofa arrived on time with no delivery issues. I'm very pleased with the colour and style. It's even better than I expected.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the whole process was very straightforward. The price was reasonable too, and we've already had lots of compliments from people who have seen our custom-made sofa. Highly recommend!
Excellent service from start to finish. Delivered on time, and the staff were friendly, polite and efficient. We're very happy with our sofa.
We chose the style and colour first, then decided to order after reading the reviews on Trustpilot and the company's website. The sofa came vacuum-packed, which made it easy to get into the house, and there was no assembly needed. It was ready to use in about 30 minutes. The quality is great and it's very comfortable, just as described. So pleased we chose this company and would happily recommend them.
Beautiful sofa and great value for money! Delivery service was good too. Joe even showed us how to use our new sofa. The quality is lovely. Thank you.
I've recently bought two sofas from Hiksnra and I'm very pleased with them. They're lovely to look at and really comfortable, but what impressed me most was the service. The staff were professional and always happy to help.
Our three-seater sofa and armchair arrived recently and we love them! They're so comfortable, and both the sofa and the fabric feel good quality. It only took eight weeks from ordering to delivery, which isn't bad at all. We also saved quite a bit with the offer!
Joe a été très sympa et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Le canapé est de très bonne qualité et correspond parfaitement à nos attentes.
Love it! The colour and quality are exactly what I wanted.
Très beau canapé, et le service client a été vraiment super.
Ordering online and getting it delivered was easy. Communication with Joe beforehand was smooth. The vacuum-packed packaging made getting the sofa through the doorway much easier. It's exactly what we were hoping for.
This is my second order from Hiksnra and I'm very happy with their products. They're durable and well made, and the customer service has always been friendly. Highly recommend!
Had to wait two months for the sofa, but it was definitely worth it. It’s so comfortable to sit on, and I love putting my feet up in the evening and watching TV. Couldn't be happier.
