Once we receive your order, we will send an email order confirmation letter to your archived email address. It contains product information and detailed address, etc. If you need to modify order information, please reply to the email order confirmation letter within 24 hours. We will arrange production 48 hours after the email order confirmation letter is sent. Once production is completed, we will not be able to modify the information

Please note that any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may make it difficult for us to verify whether the damage occurred during transit.
